extends GeometryCollection

The MultiPoint interface exposes a collection of zero-dimensional geometries. The elements of a MultiPoint are restricted to Points. The points are not connected or ordered.

The boundary of a MultiPoint is the empty set.

A MultiPoint is simple if no two components are coincident (have identical coordinate values).
