BuildConstants	Note: this interface is used internally and may be changed in future implementations without notice.
Constants	This class defines constants that affect the configuration of the IBM Informix Spatial DataBlade Java API.
LogHandler	Handles log messages.
MessageProvider	A MessageProvider generates localized messages based on a message code and replacement arguments.

Class Summary
